Francis Biopharma is a limited company established by Richard Francis, April 2010.

The companies purpose is to supply expert advice to facilitate the development of biopharmaceutical products. Specific areas of expertise include Quality by Design, Process Development, Process Validation, Process Qualification, Characterisation and comparability of biopharmaceutical processes and products.

This is further supported by expert guidance based upon solid practical experience in the activities related to due diligent for product /Biopharma Graph process ownership, CMO selection, technology transfer (analytical methods and process operations) and regulatory agency interactions.

About Us

Richard Francis has over 30 years industrial experience and has been involved in the development of many significant commercial biopharmaceutical products.

Richard has experience of working with diverse product types such as Monoclonal antibodies, Polyclonal antibodies, recombinant DNA derived proteins / peptides, plasmid DNA and Viral gene therapy monoclonal antibodiesproducts. He has developed and managed process development and manufacturing operations in senior management roles at companies such as Celltech, Centocor, GSK, Protherics and BTG. He has had significant experience in the preparation and delivery of regulatory agency submissions principally with USA, Europe and Japanese agencies.
